Stephen
Einhorn, President,
founded Einhorn Associates in 1975 and has
participated in over 200 transactions, foreign
acquisitions, acquisition searches, management
buy-outs, and sales of privately held
businesses. He has worked in the specialty
chemical industry for 37 years, including the
last 27 years in mergers and acquisitions. Mr.
Einhorn has published numerous articles related
to mergers and acquisitions in the specialty
chemical field and is regularly quoted in trade
publications. Mr. Einhorn earned a MS degree in
Chemical Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute, a
BA degree in Chemistry from Cornell University, and attended the Wharton
Graduate School. He has been a featured speaker at the annual
meetings of the National Paint and Coatings Association, the
Adhesive Manufacturers Association, and the
Commercial Development and Marketing Association
(CDMA). Prior to founding Einhorn Associates, Mr. Einhorn worked for Adelphi Industries, a family owned
paint and adhesives manufacturer.

Jaclyn
Christiansen,
Vice-President, has overall responsibility for
all client-related documentation generated
within the firm. Mrs. Christiansen has prepared
valuations and offering memoranda on over 100
businesses (including over 60 in the specialty
chemical field) during her 17 year career at
Einhorn Associates. Since 1983, Mrs.
Christiansen has used her in-depth knowledge of
the coatings industry to support acquisition
searches (for Buyer clients) and divestitures
(for Seller clients). Recognized as an expert in
the area of paint and coatings mergers and
acquisitions, Ms. Christiansen has authored
numerous articles appearing in such publications
as the American Paint and Coatings Journal and
Modern Paint and Coatings and has developed
Einhorn Associates' specialty chemical company
database, the most extensive in the merger and
acquisition field.

Arlene Spanier,
Senior Vice-President,
manages projects for buyer and seller clients
and has responsibility for the firm’s
information systems management. She concentrates
on finding buyers for the firm’s seller
clients and sellers for the firm’s buyer
projects and coordinates project due diligence
efforts. Ms. Spanier is a magna cum laude
graduate of Marquette University with a degree
in Organizational Management, as well as an
honors graduate of Oakton College with a degree
in Industrial Psychology. During Mrs. Spanier's 10 years with Einhorn Associates, she has participated in
more than 30 specialty chemical transactions. Prior to joining the firm,
Ms. Spanier held administrative and information
systems positions with the Fleming Corporation.

Alvin
Vitangcol,
Vice-President - Biotech, has responsibility for
overseeing the firm's biotech efforts including
the preparation of company business plans and
financial statements for fundraising efforts,
new client development and market research. For
the firm's specialty chemical efforts, Mr.
Vitangcol prepares company valuations and offering
memoranda and assists in project contacts. He
also provides internal computer support. Mr.
Vitangcol's education includes an MS in
Management (emphasis in eBusiness) with honors
from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a
BS in Sociology with honors from Andrews University, and
a diverse
educational background including minors in chemistry, math, and computer science.

Daniel
Einhorn, Consultant, provides market
research and analysis in the specialty chemical
segment. He also prepares company valuations and
assists in new client development efforts.
Daniel's education includes an MBA in finance
from the Cox business school at SMU, as well as
a BS from Cornell University.

Katy
Almond,
Administrative Assistant, is the office manager
for Einhorn Associates. In addition, she
provides administrative assistance and project support on a wide variety of client projects. She holds a
BS degree
in Related Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to joining Einhorn Associates, she worked in
marketing and public relations in Atlanta, Georgia.

Janine
Marek,
Administrative Assistant, provides administrative support for Einhorn Associates
in the New Business area, as well as client project support. She has extensive experience in the public & private
sector business fields. Before joining Einhorn
Associates, she worked for a public utility, two
city governmental agencies in California, and a
Wisconsin-based paint company, in various
administrative positions.

Karen
Hacker,
Administrative Assistant, provides administrative support for Einhorn Associates
and assists with client projects. Ms. Hacker
holds a BS degree in Communication from Carroll
College. Her previous work experience has been
in the broadcasting and marketing fields.

Nancy
Einhorn,
Officer and Bookkeeper, has overall
responsibility for the internal accounting for
the company, its broker/dealer operation, and
various other internal functions. Mrs. Einhorn
is a graduate of Cornell University with a BA
degree in Economics.

Ed
Prévost works exclusively on acquisition and divestiture
mandates for Einhorn Associates, Inc. in Canada within the chemical industry, including paint, coatings, sealants,
adhesives and specialty chemicals. He is also offering other consulting services in Canada, such as succession
and strategic planning and investment banking, as well as other merger and acquisition work in non-chemical fields.
Until recently, Mr. Prévost was President, CEO and minority shareholder of Para Paints (Brampton, Ontario)
and the Chairman of the CPCA (Canadian Paint and Coatings Association) for over two years. Previously, Mr. Prévost
was President and CEO of Sico, Inc. (Longueuil, Quebec).
