Einhorn Associates and our search clients undertake a systematic program to identify and acquire the best candidate from a large field of possibilities.

Einhorn Associates works with our clients on:
  • definition of acquisition criteria
  • identification and ranking of potential candidates
  • screening of potential targets
  • selection of best candidates
  • research and analysis on best candidates
  • valuation, including optimizing of transaction structure
  • negotiations
  • due diligence support
  • closing

In certain cases, a Single Candidate Negotiation may fit our client's needs better than a comprehensive search. Here, Einhorn Associates is engaged to assist in acquiring one or two specific high priority companies. Often, our client has already begun discussions with the potential candidate and talks have stalled. In other cases, we make the first contact with the seller. Either way, we support our clients in valuation, negotiations and due diligence from the beginning through closing.
